Nataline Bezzina - M.B.A, Founder and Yoga Therapy Teacher

200 HRS, 300 HRS, 500 HRS in Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda Studies, including Mental Health, Cardiovascular Disorders, Asthma, Yoga for Pregnancy (Academies in Thailand and India, The Yoga Institute & Yoga Vedanta Mandiram).

Nataline has been in the corporate world for 25+years. Seeing various health issues on the physical and mental level, decided to shift her career to a remote setting and dedicate her free time to learning the traditions and philosophies of the East. As a Yoga practitioner for 20+ years, a voice within was telling her that Yoga is much more than the asanas (postures). So the best way to discover was to dedicate time in Ashrams and schools in the East, right to the root. Was very fortunate to meet great sages and teachers. For many years Nataline dedicated her time in learning, experiencing and also teaching the knowledge. A new journey started and since then a dream was set, which today is Nanna’s Way!
